Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
1) Where we ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be limited by size/weight, hazmat rules (if applicable), or carrier restrictions.
2) Processing time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item requires extra handling time or is backordered, we’ll notify you.
3) Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed when a label is created. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to show movement. Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with multiple tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
6) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages
Contact support@slateautoshop.us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
